What is soft washing?
Soft washing cleans with low pressure, about the same as a garden hose, and a cleaning solution that breaks down mildew, algae, and dirt. It is the safe way to clean siding, roofs, screens, and painted surfaces.
Is soft washing better than pressure washing?
For delicate surfaces, yes. High pressure can damage siding, shingles, wood, and paint. For hard surfaces like concrete and brick, we use pressure with a surface cleaner. We match the method to the material.
Are your estimates really free?
Yes. Every estimate is free, with no obligation. Most estimates can be given from photos and a short call, and we are happy to stop by when needed.
Do I need to be home during the service?
Not usually. We need access to an outdoor water spigot, unlocked gates, and a clear path to the work. We will text you before we start and send photos when we finish.
